About Me

I founded and lead a technology company for 20 years starting in 1994. In 2012 we sold to a group of investors and I continued my employment to help the investors structure the company to be acquired. We sold it to a publicly traded company in 2014. As of December 2025, I am fully retired but still providing advice and other services to a few angel investments.

I live just north of Naples, FL with my wife and our dogs. I try to escape Florida summers in Minnesota or our condo in New York City in the spring and fall.
