Douglas Smith

I founded and lead a technology company for 20 years starting in 1994. In 2012 we sold to a group of investors and I continued my employment to help the investors structure the company to be acquired. We sold it to a publicly traded company in 2014. As of January 2020, I am fully retired but still providing advice and other services to a few angel investments.

I live just outside Minneapolis with my wife, two daughters, and of course, our dogs. I try to escape the Minnesota winters at our home in Naples, FL and our boat M/Y Observer whenever possible.
